Hamburg / Lippstadt, 1 July 2020 – The FinTech start-up troy is expanding its management. Jochen Schüßler will strengthen the existing management team with immediate effect in the newly created position of CCO, Chief Commercial Officer. He is responsible for sales and compliance and will take over the expansion of business in the sectors relevant to troy, such as e-commerce, media, insurance and telecommunications.

Jochen Schüßler has more than 20 years of experience in executive, management and sales positions for service businesses in the areas of customer relationship management, customer loyalty and incentive programs. Prior to joining troy, he worked as Managing Director for the global FinTech company Blackhawk Network, where he was responsible for setting up digital incentive programs. Prior to that, he was in charge of building up CRM programs and managing international customer loyalty solutions in more than 40 countries at arvato.
