Triggered by the recently announced financing round, the Rheinische Post wanted to go in depth and understand more precisely how troy reinvents debt collection. Florian Rinke, editor in the economics department of the Rheinische Post, has therefore interviewed Philip Rürup. In his article (only in german) he summarizes “Wie troy Inkasso-Prozesse freundlich machen will” (“How troy wants to make dept collection more friendly”), focusing on topics such as dept collection in general, HDI as a new investor at troy, the “troy experience” and the relevance and importance of customer friendliness in commercial processes.
