Run by AI Guild, the #datalift Summit 2022 took place from June 22nd – 24th in Berlin this year. Run as an industry-professional event for Data Analysts, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning experts, the event was co-hosted by Zalando and featured speakers of Zalando, Delivery Hero SE, Tchibo, IKEA or PwC Germany (and many more).

troy was featured among the speaking companies and represented by our Lead Data Scientist Shannon Kehoe. She gave insights in the conception, design and successful implementation of our ML-augmented Emotional Artificial Intelligence, which supports and collaborates with agents and users of the troy_platform in their daily operational work.

The talk had been received with great professional feedback, as we were able to proof the realtime augmentation, labelling and interaction of different localizations in a Live/Production environment.
