Since February 2020 we have a branch in the Netherlands. It is managed and developed by Daniela Straube. Now troy netherlands is participating for the first time and only virtually at credit expo, the most important trade fair for credit management in the Netherlands. Journalist Marcel Wiedenbrugge, who specialises in topics relating to receivables management, visited the troy team in Lemmer and wrote a three-part series about our approach to bringing debt collection and customer experience together. The series is now published on the website www.creditexpo.nl and in their newsletter. The first part today is about: “troy: A new innovative player for automated and at the same time customer-oriented and customer-friendly debt collection”. Parts two and three will be published in the coming weeks. Here the focus is on the aspects of customer friendliness and technology. The article deals in detail with our concept that customer centricity is important throughout the entire customer journey, which for us includes commercial processes and debt management as well as sales and marketing.
